・ますく、てぃっしゅ、ぺっとぼとる などは びにーるの ふくろに いれる

・ごみの ふくろを しっかり しばる

・ごみを すてた あとは すぐに てを よく あらう

■ごみの すてかた：まちで きを つけること

・ごみ（ますく、てぃっしゅ など）を どうろ などに すてるのは ぜったいに だめ です。

How to Dispose of Household Garbage During the Spread of the COVID-19

■In order to reduce the risk of spreading the infection to your family:

 ・Do not touch garbage directly.

・Put masks, tissues, plastic bottles, etc. in a plastic bag and seal it.

・Close the garbage bag tightly and seal it.

・Wash your hands carefully in running water with soap immediately after every disposal.

■In order to reduce the risk of spreading the infection in your area:

・Never carelessly throw away your garbage（masks, tissues, etc. after use）.
